While in the absence of VR goggles, I would be able to agree that this is a strange oversight, only after putting them on, I understood that it is not. He does not experience paranormal events excessively, nor is he too eloquent – even the perfect hero of “walking simulators”. Adam rightly noted in his review that the behavior of the main character is strange.
What is unique to this part, however, is the story-telling feel that was used with VR goggles in mind. In addition, the “seven” has several unusual moments, for example an interesting ending trilogy, where a few details suggest a big twist, and the Baker family itself, which is more than just a set of bosses to be eliminated. The whole thing is a bit like B-class horror, but it is by no means a ploy to production, but rather a series tradition.
